OUR PROCESS
How it works?
1) Sign Up for services
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give me a call/text, message on Facebook, or use our online chat tool.
4) attach payment method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Scrappy's Scoopers will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule and someone will reach out to check on service.
2) Schedule Your initial clean up
Once you sign up for services a Scrappy Scooper's Rep will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
5) Enjoy a Poop Free Yard!
Congratulations! You are officially a member of Scrappy's Scoopers family, and can start enjoying your tail wagging friends, without the stink, or the hassle of dog waste removal.
3) Setup Customer portal
Once you sign up for services a Scrappy's Scoopers representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
